Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hong Kong ShengTianXia Trading Limited. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our women's fashion collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (14-Day Policy)
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

2. INITIATING A RETURN & PROCESS
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific instructions for shipping your item back. Please do not send your purchase back before receiving this authorization.

  3. Pack Securely: Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include your RMA number inside the package.

  4. Ship to Returns Department: Send the package to the following address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. Hong Kong ShengTianXia Trading Limited cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. The original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are also non-refundable.

If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can waive the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. INSPECTION AND REFUND TIMING
Once your return is received at our returns department (RM 1508 15/F GRAND PLZ OFFICE TWR TWO, 625 NATHAN RD，Mongkok，Hong Kong), we will inspect the item(s). You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive and approve your return. This timeframe includes the inspection, processing, and the time it takes for the transaction to reflect in your original payment method.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSOR REFUND POLICIES
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

  • General Refunds: Once your refund has been issued by Hong Kong ShengTianXia Trading Limited, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction. Please allow at least 14 days for this process.

  • PayPal Refunds: If you paid via PayPal, refunds will be initiated within 14 days of return approval. However, please be aware that due to local laws and PayPal's own policies, buyers in certain jurisdictions may have up to 30 days to dispute a transaction. In such cases, the finalization of the refund may align with these regulatory requirements.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified that your refund has been approved and issued but you have not received it after 14 days, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then, contact your financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with your order details.
