4. returns and refunds policy (14-day right of withdrawal)

conditions for returns:
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

5. refund processing time

once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

refund timelines:

  • general refunds: please allow at least 14 days for the refund to be processed and posted to your original payment method. this timeframe includes the period for us to process the return and the subsequent banking or card processing times.
